GENERAL PURPOSE
Design Tasks. Handles design projects that involve interface and close collaboration with client’s sales staff,
project managers or designer counterparts.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Provide exceptional customer service by analyzing project information from counterparts and other
sources, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting the needs of counterparts. Engage with
counterparts to collaborate on projects and deliver prompt responses. Anticipating client need to
meet expectation. - Completion of Design deliverables such as typicals, block plan, furniture plan, furniture specifications,
and other design deliverables required by the clients. Handles design projects that involves interface
with client’s design staff, sales staff and project managers. - Adherence to quality control measures to make sure services offered to clients adhere to set quality
standards and client expectations. - Effectively manages time, prioritizes tasks with significance, plans and assesses task/project duration
and complexity, and establishes clear project goals, while estimating and monitoring project hours. - Knowledge transfer of account and project/tasks specific standard if needed. Updates and creates
project standards and preferences. - Ensure that there is continuous development in soft and hard skills needed in anticipation of client needs.
- Efficiently tracks and manages daily time entries. Promptly inform supervisors of scheduled absences
and instances of tardiness to facilitate smooth capacity management. Adherence to company internal
processes, admin duties, and other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or manager. - Maintain clear, open, and professional communication with different levels in the organization.
- Participation and contribution in team, group, department/company initiatives and other activities
relating to SW organizational goals. Effectively manages time to meet department and company
commitments. - Projects and/or such other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor or manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 2+ years of experience in architecture, interior design or related field
- Proficient skills in CAD
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to forge strong working relationship with counterparts, stakeholders and employees at different levels of the organization
- High quality of output in accordance with the clients’ requirements and standard
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; highly self-motivated and directed

OBJECTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Collaborate closely with clients to facilitate tasks related to design support, sales, finance, and
- project management.
- Provide essential administrative support, including tasks for billing, accounts payable, accounts
- receivable, order management, and vendor deposit requests.
- Generate a variety of reports to monitor capacity, utilization, and accruals, ensuring accurate
- insights for Studio West and its clients.
- Manage the timesheets of Studio West employees and client designers & project managers.
- Consolidate and upload hours to various timekeeping systems.
- Prepares design and project management proposals and monitors its progress.
- Assist in the review and preparation of quarterly business review reports.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by Team Lead or Manager.
REQUIREMENTS

- Develop and maintain comprehensive order status reports for client accounts, coordinators, and salespeople.

- Create, organize, and manage process documents to serve as valuable references.
- Liaise with clients, supervisors, and design operations to support various tasks related to sales, finance, and project management.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Process Automation & Optimization:
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable automation solutions using Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power App, Power BI) and other APIs (Application Programming Interface) to streamline departmental processes and enhance efficiency, accuracy, and business value.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities that align with strategic plan objectives and deliver tangible business outcomes, such as cost savings, improved customer experience, and increased accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design automation workflows, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation projects (e.g., user manuals and training materials, troubleshooting guidelines)
2. Technical Expertise & Leadership:
- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate and Power Apps) to develop creative solutions that address complex business challenges and drive operational efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert on intelligent automation solutions and provide guidance and support to the Innovation & Analytics team in leveraging Power Platform apps across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices in data analytics and automation.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Power Platform and related technologies.
3. Data Analytics & Reporting:
Leverage data analytics and reporting to enhance software development processes, including:
- Data-driven development: Utilize data insights to inform design decisions, feature prioritization, and performance optimization.
- Debugging and troubleshooting: Analyze data to identify and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Product improvement: Gather and analyze user data to identify areas for improvement and inform future development efforts.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
5. Learning and Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics, automation, and AI.
- Participate in training programs and conferences to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or any related field
- At least five (5) years of direct experience in process automation
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Query, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (with VBA knowledge), including advanced knowledge of VBA macros. Able to automate repetitive tasks, create custom functions, and integrate with external APIs.
- Knowledge of automation technologies (e.g., Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML))
- Microsoft Certifications a plus (PL-400, PL-900)
- Deep knowledge and experience in project management with strong organizational and time management skills
- Sample portfolio of automation projects (via Power Apps)
