Office Space Designer (For Pooling)


GENERAL PURPOSE

Design Tasks. Handles design projects that involve interface and close collaboration with client’s sales staff,
project managers or designer counterparts.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service by analyzing project information from counterparts and other
    sources, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting the needs of counterparts. Engage with
    counterparts to collaborate on projects and deliver prompt responses. Anticipating client need to
    meet expectation.
  • Completion of Design deliverables such as typicals, block plan, furniture plan, furniture specifications,
    and other design deliverables required by the clients. Handles design projects that involves interface
    with client’s design staff, sales staff and project managers.
  • Adherence to quality control measures to make sure services offered to clients adhere to set quality
    standards and client expectations.
  • Effectively manages time, prioritizes tasks with significance, plans and assesses task/project duration
    and complexity, and establishes clear project goals, while estimating and monitoring project hours.
  • Knowledge transfer of account and project/tasks specific standard if needed. Updates and creates
    project standards and preferences.
  • Ensure that there is continuous development in soft and hard skills needed in anticipation of client needs.
  • Efficiently tracks and manages daily time entries. Promptly inform supervisors of scheduled absences
    and instances of tardiness to facilitate smooth capacity management. Adherence to company internal
    processes, admin duties, and other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or manager.
  • Maintain clear, open, and professional communication with different levels in the organization.
  • Participation and contribution in team, group, department/company initiatives and other activities
    relating to SW organizational goals. Effectively manages time to meet department and company
    commitments.
  • Projects and/or such other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor or manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

  • 2+ years of experience in architecture, interior design or related field
  • Proficient skills in CAD
  •  Good English communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to forge strong working relationship with counterparts, stakeholders and employees at different levels of the organization
  • High quality of output in accordance with the clients’ requirements and standard
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; highly self-motivated and directed
  •  Works with minimal supervision and produces high quality output in accordance with the client-given
    requirements and standard.

Business Support Associate (For Pooling)


OBJECTIVE

Performs sales and administrative support functions for Studio West and its clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Collaborate closely with clients to facilitate tasks related to design support, sales, finance, and
  • project management.
  • Provide essential administrative support, including tasks for billing, accounts payable, accounts
  • receivable, order management, and vendor deposit requests.
  • Generate a variety of reports to monitor capacity, utilization, and accruals, ensuring accurate
  • insights for Studio West and its clients.
  • Manage the timesheets of Studio West employees and client designers & project managers.
  • Consolidate and upload hours to various timekeeping systems.
  • Prepares design and project management proposals and monitors its progress.
  • Assist in the review and preparation of quarterly business review reports.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by Team Lead or Manager.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Possesses a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field related to Business Management.
  • Holds a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administration, sales, or a related
  • Demonstrates proficiency in office applications and relevant software.
  • Exhibits a thorough attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks.
  • Showcases remarkable organizational and multitasking abilities, coupled with strong self-
  • motivation and independence.
  • Demonstrates effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.

 

Account Coordination Associate (For Pooling)

OBJECTIVE Performs sales and administrative support function for Sales and Design teams of OWP and non-OWP clients

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Facilitate the end-to-end procurement process, including quote generation, updates, conversion, and purchase order release.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive order status reports for client accounts, coordinators, and salespeople.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and design teams to ensure accurate quote information and seamless order execution.
  • Create, organize, and manage process documents to serve as valuable references.
  • Liaise with clients, supervisors, and design operations to support various tasks related to sales, finance, and project management.
  • Provide administrative support for sales, finance, and order management.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by Team Lead or Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field related to Business Management.
  • Holds a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administration, sales, or a related domain.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in office applications and relevant software.
  • Exhibits a thorough attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks.
  • Showcases remarkable organizational and multitasking abilities, coupled with strong self-motivation and independence.
  • Demonstrates effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.
